Product Purchase Policy

Hope Lutheran Church will periodically offer products for sale through our website. For these purchases be aware of the following:​​

Refund/cancellation policy

• All sales are final and refunds are not permitted.

• Defective or damaged products identified at time of delivery, will be replaced. 

• Cancellation of pre-orders is not permitted without authorization (contact webmaster@hopelutehran-de.org)

Fulfillment/shipping policy

• Products will be available for fulfillment/pickup at Hope Lutheran Church within 14 days from the date of purchase unless alternate fulfillment instructions are provided for specific products.

• Products will not be shipped unless specified at the time of purchase.

• Information provided to Hope Lutheran Church, for the purpose of product purchases, will be used and maintained solely for processing your transaction.
